Chris leads Venture and works directly with clients' leadership on where their technology should go next. Much of that work is in Microsoft platform technologies, where he looks to transform and elevate their digital experiences. 

Judy has been with Venture for more than ten years and oversees how our work is delivered, from a new client's onboarding to the projects that follow. Her track record in project management across sectors is why our engagements land as promised, on time and without surprises.

Jonathan has been with Venture for more than fifteen years and leads our technical strategy and infrastructure. He has designed the platforms behind many of our clients' firms, and he ensures that what we build is secure, dependable and ready to grow with them.

Travis began at Venture as an IT technician and now leads our day-to-day operations as General Manager. That hands-on foundation gives him a first-hand understanding of what excellent support looks like, and it sets the standard he holds our team to.

Aaron designs and manages the infrastructure our clients depend on, from cloud and network to the systems behind them. He builds environments that are resilient, secure and aligned with each firm's business objectives, so that technology supports the work quietly rather than interrupting it.

Adam leads governance, risk and compliance at Venture. He builds and operates our clients' security programs, protects them against emerging threats and evidences their compliance to regulators, auditors, insurers and clients, so that an audit or a due-diligence questionnaire is a routine exercise rather than a scramble.

Christopher oversees the day-to-day running of our service, drawing on extensive technical and operational experience to streamline how work moves through the team. His focus is that every request is answered promptly, resolved properly and followed through.
